We partner with our community to lead a coordinated, responsive system that ensures fair access to housing and supportive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Our vision is that Ada County is a community where those who experience homelessness are heard, supported, and partnered with to find housing solutions that connect with their envisioned future.

Ada County Connect is committed to ensuring Coordinated Entry is implemented in a manner that promotes fairness, reduces disparities, and removes barriers for populations experiencing the disproportionate impacts of homelessness.

The organization meets households experiencing homelessness wherever they are on their journey and works with them to develop goals and assemble the appropriate support team around them to meet their unique needs.

Services and system coordination are grounded in dignity, choice, and respect. Ada County Connect prioritizes trauma-informed practices that support participant engagement and system accessibility.

The organization uses Data-driven decision making for continuous quality Improvement. HMIS data, performance measures, and stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization, monitor outcomes, and support continuous system improvement.

The organization approaches CE leadership with a focus on long-term system stability, consistency, and sustainability to ensure continuity of services and effective use of public resources.
